Built by a family who lived this.

SN Academy is two things under one roof: School Mastery, maths for students in Years 3 to 6, used by families, and literacy and numeracy test prep for trainee teachers across five countries. Both started from the same problem — good study material that's genuinely worth your time is hard to find.

Why we built this

It started at our kitchen table.

SN Academy began when my wife was preparing for her LANTITE numeracy test in Australia. I watched her work incredibly hard — and struggle to find training that was actually worth her time. When she finally came across quality material and good teachers, the difference it made was impossible to miss.

That's what this platform is: the resource she was looking for, built properly, for every student teacher on the same journey — whichever country you're in, whichever test stands between you and your classroom.

She passed. Today she teaches primary school in NSW — and watching her spend evenings researching and preparing lessons is what led to the second half of what we build now: a maths programme good enough that the students in her classroom, and students everywhere, learning at home, get the benefit too.

    Maths for Years 3 to 6, with video lessons, interactive exercises, practice tests and a worked solution on every question. Available in an International and a US edition.

  • Teacher test prep

    Exam-style practice with worked solutions for LANTITE (Australia), LNAAT (New Zealand), Praxis Core (US), the UK Skills Tests, and Ontario MPT / Quebec EETC (Canada).
