The snacademy.education website (“School Mastery”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Lab Forty4, a registered business in the state of New South Wales, Australia (Australian Business Number 73 841 860 164). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. It applies to learners in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, and is written to meet the data-protection laws of each.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email and password (stored hashed).
• Sign in with Google — if you are a parent, guardian or teacher and choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and Google account identifier with us. We use these only to create and sign you in to your account. We never receive your Google password. Google sign-in is not offered to students.
• Learning data — courses, lessons and quiz attempts, so we can track progress and readiness.
• Diagnostic & marketing — diagnostic results and, if you consent, your email for study tips and reminders.
• Payment — handled by our processor (Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical — approximate location (from IP, to show the right market) and basic usage analytics.

How we use it

To provide the platform, personalise your study plan, process your membership, send the emails you’ve consented to, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time — from your account or via our contact form. Depending on your country you may also have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act, or applicable US/Canadian privacy laws.
