These terms govern your use of the snacademy.education website (“School Mastery”), operated by Lab Forty4, a registered business in the state of New South Wales, Australia (Australian Business Number 73 841 860 164). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

Not affiliated with any test provider

School Mastery is an independent preparation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official test provider or the owners of the LANTITE, LNAAT, Praxis Core, the UK professional skills tests, the Ontario MPT, or the Quebec EETC/TECFÉE. Exam names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe what our courses prepare you for.

No guarantee of results

Our materials are designed to help you prepare thoroughly, but we cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Your result depends on many factors outside our control.

Membership & billing

Membership is a recurring monthly subscription with a 14-day free trial that requires a card. After the trial, you are charged monthly until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Your account is for your personal use. Please don’t share credentials, resell access, or redistribute our content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country (including the Australian Consumer Law, NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, UK Consumer Rights Act, and applicable US/Canadian consumer laws).
